Meredith McBride, an accomplished collaborative attorney and divorce mediator, is dedicated to guiding couples through divorce while upholding their dignity, safeguarding their assets, and prioritizing their children's well-being. She firmly believes that divorce can be managed without destroying relationships or family bonds, even for high-conflict couples, provided they receive the right guidance.

Meredith is a proud member of Collaborative Divorce CT and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP). With extensive training from the Mosten Guthrie Academy and the Tampa Bay Collaborative Trainers, she has honed her collaborative law skills, enabling her to serve as a collaborative attorney in Connecticut and New York.

Within the American Bar Association (ABA), Meredith holds influential roles, serving as co-chair of the Mediation Committee of the Dispute Resolution Section and co-chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Family Law Section. She is also a valued member of the AFCC/ABA task force, actively contributing to the rewriting of family law mediation guidelines. Her commitment to mediation extends to her involvement in the ABA's Advanced Mediation and Advocacy Skills Institute, where she serves on the planning committee and as faculty since 2022.

Meredith graduated from Boston College for her undergraduate degree and earned her law degree from Brooklyn Law School. Her practice extends to serving as a collaborative attorney in Connecticut and New York as well as offering mediation services both in-person within these states and virtually worldwide.
