Attorney Green graduated from Hartford College for Women in 1990, Clark University in 1992, and Western New England University School of Law in 2001. She was born and raised in Romania and was fortunate to emigrate to the United States in 1987, prior to the fall of the communist regime.

Attorney Salvari Green was admitted to the practice of law in Connecticut and the United States District Court of Connecticut in 2001. She began as a divorce and family lawyer in the Rocky Hill firm of the late Richard D. Tulisano, Esq. Thereafter, she commenced her independent divorce and family law practice, including Family and Divorce Mediation, Collaborative Divorce, and Guardian at Litem work. Attorney Green spearheaded the formation of the Collaborative Divorce Professionals Group.

Attorney Salvari Green has limited her practice by choice for the past 19 years to divorce mediation and collaborative divorce. She strongly believes that family and litigation do not belong in the same sentence. Attorney Green believes that Divorce Mediation and Collaborative Divorce are the primary methods to resolve many types of disputes with the highest integrity and dignity. She is working hard to educate people about Mediation, Collaboration, and constructive conflict resolution in the family setting.

Attorney Green is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution Divisions, the Connecticut Council for Divorce Mediation, the New England Chapter of the Association of Conflict Resolution, the Collaborative Divorce Professionals Group, the Collaborative Divorce Team of Connecticut, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
