From Conception to Casework, Applying AI In Divorce Mediation and Collaborative Divorce Matters

March 6 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Virtual Event
$65.00 – $85.00

About the Event

Description: In a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, dispute resolution professionals are uniquely positioned to harness its power—not just conceptually, but practically. This session “From Conflict to Clarity: Applying AI in Mediation” will explore the history, current application, and future potential and concerns of AI. We will then translate these AI standards into real-world tools for mediators, arbitrators, ombuds, and conflict coaches. We will examine the foundational concepts of AI and then walk through specific, hands-on applications—from intake and case management to communication analysis, agreement drafting, and training opportunities.

Whether you are tech-curious or tech-savvy, this session will equip you with practical strategies to integrate AI into your daily practice—ethically, efficiently, and effectively.
