Profitable Practice Strategies for Divorce Professionals: Building a Sustainable, Aligned, and Thriving Non-Adversarial Practice

In today’s rapidly changing divorce landscape, success requires more than professional skill. It requires a clear strategy. Whether you are a mediator, collaborative attorney, financial neutral, or therapist, your ability to build a sustainable and profitable practice depends on how you position yourself, price your services, and promote your value with confidence.

In this engaging Lunch and Learn session, Susan E. Guthrie, Esq., Immediate Past Chair of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution and nationally recognized practice strategist, will share her proven framework known as The Three Ps of a Profitable Practice: Positioning, Pricing, and Promotion. You will learn how to:

  • Identify and communicate your unique value within the non-adversarial field
  • Design pricing structures that reflect your expertise and strengthen client trust
  • Build authentic visibility that attracts aligned clients and reliable referral sources
  • Participants will leave with practical steps and resources that help refine their professional strategy and reignite the growth and purpose behind their practice.
