Bio:

My role as a mental health neutral on your collaborative divorce or mediation team involves working with you and the rest of the team to facilitate communication, help manage stress and emotions, create parenting plans, and address other issues related to psychological, parenting, and communication needs during the challenging divorce process and post-divorce family reconfiguration.

I am a clinical psychologist, a mediator and collaborative divorce professional, and a formerly practicing attorney, with memberships in state (CCND) and national (IACP) collaborative divorce professional associations. In addition, my clinical work has included addressing the emotional impact of divorce, and I have been writing, presenting, and advising on managing stress and uncertainty since 2005.

I have been an assistant clinical professor in the Yale Department of Psychiatry since 2010. From 2010 – 2016, I was a consulting clinical supervisor to psychology doctoral candidates in the Yale Department of Psychology. I have held leadership and governance positions in the American Psychological Association, the Connecticut Psychological Association, and the Connecticut Bar Association. I was named a 2022 Connecticut Legal Awards “Game Changer” Honoree for my work promoting wellbeing in the legal community.

I am available for virtual or in-person meetings anywhere in the state.</p>
