Membership Requirements
CCND Minimum Standards for Collaborative Practitioners and Mediators

CCND has specific requirements for all members to ensure the highest levels of professionalism and expertise.

Please note that CCND has four membership categories:
- Individual: Meets all criteria set forth in Membership Requirements. $250 per year. This membership includes a directory listing.
- Provisional: Any individual who meets all CCND membership criteria outlined Membership Requirements, except for the completion of the specific training requirements may become a provisional member of CCND. Provisional membership will be available for a period of one year from the payment of dues to allow the provisional member to meet training requirements. Required training MUST be completed within 1 year of joining CCND. $100 per year. Provisional members enjoy continued access to CCND communications, events, and resources but will not be listed in the professional directory.
- Graduate Student: Graduate students who are actively pursuing a degree in law, mental health, or finance in one of the degrees set forth above the Membership Requirements, are eligible for free student membership in CCND. This membership is available throughout the duration of their graduate studies and continues for up to one (1) year following graduation. Upon graduation, student members are encouraged to transition to full or provisional membership, depending on the training requirements completed. Complimentary. Graduate student members enjoy continued access to CCND communications, events, and resources but will not be listed in the professional directory.
- Retired Member: Retired membership is available to individuals who were previously active CCND members and are no longer engaged in the practice of mediation or collaborative divorce but wish to remain involved in the CCND community. $100 per year. Retired members enjoy continued access to CCND communications, events, and resources but will not be listed in the professional directory.
