I am a licensed psychologist who has been in clinical practice in CT for over 30 years. I hold a Bachelor of Science, a Master’s of Science, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialty in Family Psychology from Georgia State University. Since arriving in Connecticut I have worked at the Village for Children and Families, the Wheeler Clinic, Grove Hill Clinic and Gaylord Hospital Alcohol Treatment Unit before devoting myself to full-time private practice. I have seen adults, couples, children, adolescents and families throughout my years in clinical practice. I have provided services within the Connecticut court system for over 25 years. This includes performing well over two thousand family evaluations, almost exclusively ordered by the court or agreed to by all parties. I have consulted to courts around the state, and have provided mediation and parenting coordination services during and after divorce. I am a trained mediator and collaborative divorce coach, and have worked with many local family law attorneys. I am proud that I am a past President and member of the Family Study Center of Hartford, a long-standing member of the National Register of Practicing Psychologists, and member of the American Psychological Association and Connecticut Psychological Association. I also belong to the Connecticut Collaborative Divorce Group. I have presented to professional groups on a variety of topics including: domestic violence, child sexual abuse, parental alienation, and parent-child reunification services.
